Reminder: NO SCHOOL for Students on THIS Thursday, March 13th - VIRTUAL Parent Teacher Conferences

Please be reminded there is NO SCHOOL for students on this Thursday, March 13th for Parent Teacher Conferences.

All Parent Teacher Conferences are virtual and scheduled between 1 - 3 pm and 4:30 - 7:30 pm. Your student’s advisor has or will reach out to schedule a time for Parent Teacher Conferences. During our parent teacher conferences, you will hear from your student’s advisor about your student’s progress at Sunset Park Prep this year. Your student’s advisor is an expert in your student, and have met with other teachers to share with you the most relevant and important information.

Want to speak to other subject teachers? You can:

Tell your student’s advisor when you speak during conferences. They will leave a message for the teachers you want to speak with and teachers will get in touch with you in the coming days and weeks as we follow-up from conferences.
You can contact teachers through Jupiter Grades, or you can use our Teacher Directory and contact them directly via email. The Teacher Directory is available on our website at: www.sunsetparkprep.com. The direct link is: https://www.sunsetparkprep.com/single-post/teacher-directory-1

To help with conferences, student progress reports will be sent home Wednesday with students.

A paper copy of the NYC School Survey is attached to your student’s progress report.
Families who have not yet registered for Jupiter Grades will receive registration letters.
Other materials like updates on Prep Strikes (7th and 8th grade), immunization letters, and more may also be attached to your student’s progress report.

Les recordamos que NO HAY CLASES para estudiantes este jueves 13 de marzo debido a las Conferencias de Padres y Maestros.

Todas las Conferencias de Padres y Maestros son virtuales y se programan de 1 a 3 p. m. y de 4:30 a 7:30 p. m.
