Parent Teacher Association
All parents, guardians, and teachers are members of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA)! This year, our PTA is focused on growing communication and building community.
¡Todos los padres, tutores y maestros son miembros de la Asociación de Padres y Maestros (PTA)! Este año, nuestra PTA se enfoca en hacer crecer la comunicación y construir una comunidad.
To help support these goals, we have a PTA Executive Board | Para ayudar a apoyar estos objetivos, tenemos una Junta Ejecutiva de la PTA:

Our PTA E-Board meets monthly and we hold a General PTA Meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Nuestra junta electrónica de la PTA se reúne mensualmente y celebramos una reunión general de la PTA el tercer miércoles de cada mes.
School Leadership Team
The mission of the School Leadership Team (SLT) at Sunset Park Prep is to support the school’s vision of being a nurturing, community school that ensure all students experience high levels of educational success, readying them for high school and beyond. The SLT supports this vision by discussing educational policies and priorities, participating in the development of the Comprehensive Education Plan, and aligning school priorities to spending by consulting on the budget.
Our SLT meets monthly and is comprised of parent, school staff and administration representatives.
La misión del Equipo de Liderazgo Escolar (SLT) en Sunset Park Prep es apoyar la visión de la escuela de ser una escuela comunitaria enriquecedora que garantice que todos los estudiantes experimenten altos niveles de éxito educativo, preparándolos para la escuela secundaria y más allá. El SLT apoya esta visión al discutir las políticas y prioridades educativas, participar en el desarrollo del Plan de Educación Integral y alinear las prioridades de la escuela con el gasto consultando el presupuesto.
Nuestro SLT se reúne mensualmente y está compuesto por padres, personal escolar y representantes de la administración.
