If you are the family of a 5th grader looking for a wonderful, nurturing, enriching, community middle school, we hope you will come learn more about Sunset Park Prep! There are three ways to learn more:

1. We will have a virtual Open House on Tuesday, November 15th from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. This is a great way to learn more about Prep, hear from Prep administrators, teachers, parents, and students, and to ask any questions you may have.

2. We have two in person* school tours. We would love for you to walk our halls and experience our beautiful learning environment in person with your student. Tours last approximately one hour. We offer two in person tours: Wednesday, November 9th at 9:30 am and Tuesday, November 22nd at 9:30 am. There are a limited number of spaces available, and you must register register to attend. Translation is always provided at Sunset Park Prep - let us know your preferred language when registering.

*Note that DOE policy requires adults to show proof of COVID vaccination to enter the building. This will be necessary to take an in person school tour.

You can learn more about Prep on our website, where we have a short video, a great tour in pictures, a recorded video of a previous Virtual Open House, and fast facts on the school, schedule, Special Education and ESL services, and more.
