Dear parents/guardians,

Traditionally, our May Parent-Teacher Conference date is a time we spend celebrating with our annual International Night. We would typically come together, share a meal, and celebrate the many cultural backgrounds and points of diversity that make Prep such a wonderful and enriching place to go to school.

While we will miss hosting this fun event, we are still looking forward to connecting this week. Much like our March, fully digital Parent-Teacher Conferences, we will be reaching out to families this week to meet virtually!

What you can expect:

Your family will receive a phone call, an invitation to join an online meeting, or digital update via PupilPath from one of your student’s teachers this Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (May 13th – May 15th).
Our goal in contacting you is to hear how this experience is going for you and to give you any information we have about your student.
You can expect the call will be short, between 5 - 10 minutes. Any written update via PupilPath will also be brief.

If you have a preference for HOW to connect or WHEN to connect, we can pass your preferences along to the teacher who will be calling. You can let us know your preferences by completing this quick, optional survey. The link is here: https://forms.gle/dWdnDHuKhzXx2yhM9

As always, families are encouraged to contact their child’s teacher(s) directly! You can check our website at www.sunsetparkprep.com for a full teacher directory!
You can send an email or a message to teachers via Pupilpath. Please include the best way to follow up with you.
You can always contact our parent coordinator, Evelyn Deliz, at 646-942-3106 for assistance in setting up another time to speak with your child’s teachers.
